👉For one year, appointments shall be made solely on a contract and fixed pay basis, as specified against each category. If no extension is granted by the end of the first year, the appointment will be automatically terminated.
👉Because the appointment is fixed-pay and contract-based, the incumbent may not seek regularization in any forum or court of law.
👉The above-mentioned appointments are for specific hospitals where positions are available. Salary will be released only following physical participation in the specific station. Once nominated to a specific position or hospital, the appointee cannot be transferred to another station.
