👉The applicant may pay the required sum by bank draft at the Sheikh Zayed Hospital Branch of the National Bank of Pakistan in Lahore (A/e3164498127) OR by depositing the same funds into the University's online account (PK53NBPA1707003164498127) with the Account Tile "CE UHS".
👉On the application form, the applicant must provide the number of the online bank challan transaction. The amount's specifics are shown below:
Rs. 100 for BS 01–04, Rs. 500 for BS 05–16, and Rs. 2000 for BS 17 and above
👉The applicant should thoroughly fill out the form, including providing their personal information, educational background, work history, and other details.
👉On or before November 23, 2023, during working hours, the completed form, attested copies of the certificates and testimonials, passport-size and CNIC photos, original bank challan/DD/PO of the processing fee, and the payment for the processing fee must be sent to the Human Resource Department's office at Room # 42, University of Health Sciences, Khayaban-e-Jamia Punjab, Labore. In-person applications will not be accepted.
